Why healthy smoothies alone won’t deliver sustainable weight loss

Weight loss smoothie recipes are a great way to introduce missing nutrients and vegetables like spinach or kale into your diet while staying hydrated. Because smoothies are filling and can often stand in for a meal here and there, you can reduce calories effectively without feeling deprived. But calorie reduction alone just isn’t a sustainable approach to weight loss. Eventually, you’ll stop depriving yourself and revert to your normal eating habits. At that point, you’ll most likely gain back all the weight you lost.

Noom is different. We use science-driven psychological and nutritional approaches to help you change your whole relationship with food. Our expert staff is here to coach you, and our dedicated community of Noomers will support you every step of the way. If you want to lose weight with the weight loss smoothie recipe approach, we can help make it fun, effective, and (most importantly) sustainable.
