Looking for a Noom coach-approved soup that does i Looking for a Noom coach-approved soup that does it all? Try this delicious alkalizing green soup by @emmyology, which packs a punch of immune-boosting ingredients and more greens than you knew could fit (deliciously) in one bowl! The total recipe has 321 calories, divide the soup to create the serving size of your choice! 🌱

✨ Ingredients: 
🥬 1 bunch of dino kale, 1 broccoli crown, 1 bunch green onions, 1 leek, 1 bunch of parsley (or cilantro), 4 full celery stalks, 1/2 cucumber, bella mushrooms, 3 cloves garlic, lime, 1/2 avocado
🥫nutritional yeast, raw pepitas, olive oil, low sodium veggie broth, water, vegan butter, salt

📝 How to make it: 
1. Roughly chop all produce and combine in large pot.
2. Add 1.5 cups broth and 1 cup water.
3. Stir in nutritional yeast, black pepper, and salt preference. Play with these amounts!
4. Drop in a spoonful of vegan butter or any butter substitute. Allow to melt.
5. Let simmer with lid on for 10-15 minutes or until produce has softened
6. Turn heat to low; using a serving spoon, ladle simmered mix into blender. Blend in pulses, allowing for some texture in the mix.
7. Replace the blended mix in with the non-blended; continue until soup is thoroughly blended. Check for large chunks and blend again as needed.
8. Turn heat up to medium level and simmer again to desired heat.
9. (Optional) to thicken, add 1/2 cup oat milk and whisk into soup over heat
10. Roast raw pepitas until toasty.
11. Serve soup with pepitas on top and a garnish of parsley.
12. Enjoy!

Upgrade and optimize your work-from-home routine with these tips: 
☁️ New science suggests that Zoom leads to fatigue due to how it forces our minds to process human interaction. Offset “Zoom and gloom” with a walk (extra challenge: go without your phone!), or close your eyes for a midday meditation. Your eyes and concentration levels with thank you.
🍽️ Make snack breaks mindful. If you find yourself eating in front of the fridge more than usual, this is for you! Prep healthy snacks and make time to eat them away from the computer. 
✌Set boundaries on your time. If you find yourself somehow working MORE now that you’re WFH, you’re not alone. Whether you work for yourself or someone else, consider setting hours for work so you can preserve your leisure time. No more Netflix and responding to email!
