The speed at which you’re set to lose weight is what affects your calorie budget. If you are enrolled in one of our structured programs, your caloric budget is set automatically!
If you’re not enrolled in a program you can change it by doing the following:
On Android: Open Noom > press the three horizontal lines in the upper left > Settings > Weight loss plan > in the Weight Loss Settings menu, your ‘Weekly Weight Loss’ setting can be changed. The lower the number, the higher your calorie budget.
