Noom’s barcode scanner isn’t recognizing an item!

We are always adding to our barcode database, but there are some products out there not currently in our records. You’ll see the following error message if a barcode is not yet in our system: “Sorry, we do not have a match for that barcode.”

Instead of scanning the item, you can choose to log it by searching for it in our database using the search bar. If the item is also unavailable in our regular database, just select the “Can’t find it? Let’s add it!” button.
*Please note: The ‘Can’t find it? Let’s add it!’ feature does not immediately add your item to our database, and the item will not be saved in your personal ‘recently logged’ list for easy logging later. We realize this is not desired behavior, and we are working on improving the experience. Thanks for your patience!
