I am having trouble purchasing a program. What can I do?

  1. 1. Our Noom purchase page work best on Chrome and Safari browsers, so we advise using those two.
  2. 2. Double check your credit card information! Entering the wrong credit card number, security code or account holder name will show an ‘Unexpected error’ message at the top of the page and the incorrect field will be highlighted in red. It will not let the purchase go through after this so please reload the page and re-enter all your information and attempt to purchase again.
  3. 3. AdBlockers: If you have one, considering turning it off so you can purchase.
  4. 4. If none of these tips work, consider clearing the cookies and cache on your web browser.
