Noom Weight

The Noom Weight program empowers participants to achieve and maintain a healthy weight through lifestyle intervention. The program helps users develop and maintain healthy eating patterns and physical activity habits, and foster the skills they need to navigate their social environment and overcome barriers. In addition, the program promotes other aspects of well-being including sleep and stress management.

Each subscription comes with a trial period and the following features:

  • 16 week program with post-core curriculum
  • Structured curriculum delivering daily content
  • 1-3 daily informative articles to educate users about healthy weight loss, nutrition, physical activity, and other aspects of health and wellbeing
  • 1-2 daily interactive challenges to help users develop and maintain healthy habits
  • Dynamic weekend content relevant to users’ demographics, interests, and behaviors
  • Weekly weight logging
  • Daily food logging with feedback on food choices
  • Calorie budget and tracking
  • Daily exercise logging
  • Step tracking with the built-in Noom pedometer
  • Access to a database of healthy and delicious recipes
  • The ability to save your favorite articles and recipes
  • Syncing with external apps and devices such as Fitbit and Apple Watch
  • Your personal 1-on-1 coach to guide you in reaching your health goals
  • A Group Coach and peers to share your experiences with and to cheer you along your journey (this feature will become available sometime in week 3 of the program)
