At this time, it’s not possible to edit or delete a previously logged exercise. However, you can delete a workout that’s scheduled for a future date/time.
To delete a scheduled workout, please:
- In the Noom app, go to the menu (three horizontal lines in the top left corner) > Settings > Exercise Tracking > Workout Schedule.
- Tap the day of the workout you want to delete.
- Tap the workout.
- Tap the trash can icon in the top right corner.
