How do I log an exercise? (iOS)

The instructions for logging an exercise are slightly different, depending on which app version you have installed.

To log an exercise (Option 1):

  1. Tap Track More Progress on the home screen.
  2. Select Exercise.
  3. You’ll then be able to choose from our ever-expanding library of workout moves and programs!

To log an exercise (Option 2):

  1. Tap the Movement task card on the home screen.
  2. Tap Add Activity in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. You’ll then be able to choose from our ever-expanding library of workout moves and programs!

Let’s use Walking as an example:

You can specify the distance of your walk, and the amount of time your exercise took. Don’t worry, we calculate the calories burned for you! Other exercises have an intensity option as well, so you can tell us the activity level. More intense = greater calorie burn!
