The minimum calorie budget for females is 1200, and 1400 for males.
To change your weekly calorie budget on Android, go to Settings > Weight loss Plan and tap Weekly Weight Loss. You should be able to change the range from 0–2.2 pounds. The lower the number, the higher your calorie budget.
If you notice that your calorie budget isn’t changing, it may be the only available budget within the safe range for your current height, weight, and age.
