The minimum calorie budget for females is 1200, and 1400 for males.
To change your weekly calorie budget on iOS, select settings in your side menu, or “drawer”. You should see a section titled “Weight loss speed”. The left side of this scale, the tortoise, means a slower weekly weight loss speed, which translates to more daily calories. The right side, the cheetah, means a faster weekly weight loss speed, which translates to fewer daily calories — feel free to experiment with these options to find what works best for you!
If you notice that your calorie budget isn’t changing, it may be the only available budget within the safe range for your current height, weight, and age.
