Sometimes a particular article or challenge can really pique your interest. Maybe an article about mindfulness was especially helpful to you, or a challenge about weekly vegetable intake — whatever your area of interest is, you can always go back in the Noom to have another look at our content.
On your Noom Home screen, you can scroll through past days, selecting them as you go.
When you select a day, the content that you received on that date will populate on your screen. Select a piece of content anytime you want to view it, and don’t forget — if there’s a piece of content you can’t find but want to have another look at, you can ask your coach to help you out and send you a link!
Also, feel free to take a screenshot if you want to have your articles saved on your phone. Happy reading 🙂
