What happens at the end of my billing cycle?

To ensure a seamless journey with Noom, your subscription renews automatically at the end of every billing cycle.

If you don’t want to continue onto the next billing period, just let your Noom Guides/Coach know before your charge/renewal date. You can also cancel at any time through your Subscription Portal or by reaching out to us via chat, phone, or sending a message to our Support Team through our Contact Form.

Note: You can view all of the details of your Noom subscription by logging into your Subscription Portal with the credentials you used when you created your account.
