How do I log a Noom recipe for one of my meals?

You can browse our recipe database by entering whatever you’re looking for into the search bar or by searching according to meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Once you’ve found a recipe you like, you can quickly log it while on the recipe screen.

To log a meal from the built-in Recipe list in Noom, please do the following:

  1. Open Noom and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen
  2. Tap Recipes
  3. Search for and select your desired recipe
  4. Tap Log this recipe
  5. When the meal screen opens, tap the meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack)
  6. On iOS, slide your finger across the slider bar to select your serving size and tap the orange Log button. On Android, scroll to select your serving size and tap the checkmark to log the recipe.
  7. Add any extra items if needed
  8. Tap Done in the top-right corner
  9. Tap Close on the summary screen

To select the same meal quickly in the future you can:

  1. Tap Log your meals from the Noom Home screen
  2. Select the meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack)
  3. Type in the name of the recipe in the quick search
  4. The recipe will show in the list for you to add the meal as normal
