You will be paired with a personal Coach on the first day of your Noom Stress and Anxiety program. You can reach out to them via the blue speech bubble in the top right corner of the Noom app or by opening the side drawer and tapping the messages option. Our Coaches are available between 9-5 EST Monday-Friday.
Your Coach will be able to track your progress through the program and help you tackle your weekly activities. He or she will be working with you weekly via in-app messaging to individualize your Noom experience. Together, you can customize the program’s activities, reflect on challenges and takeaways, and draw connections between the written content and your first-hand experiences.
You can message your Coach outside of those established weekly check-ins as needed, just keep in mind that it may take them a little longer to get back to you.

Your Coach is not a replacement for a therapist or other mental health professional. They can provide guidance around the Noom Stress and Anxiety program but they are not certified counselors. We encourage you to reach out to a professional should you feel you need one.
