To edit an exercise:
- Open Noom and select the day you logged the exercise you want to edit from the schedule at the top of your home screen by tapping the back or forward arrows.
- Tap the Move task card on the home screen.
- Tap the exercise you need to edit.
- Edit any of the following: exercise type, duration, intensity, distance, and calories burned.
- Tap Update.
To delete an exercise:
- Open Noom and select the day you logged the exercise you want to edit from the schedule at the top of your home screen by tapping the back or forward arrows.
- Tap the Move task card on the home screen.
- Tap the exercise you need to delete.
- Tap Delete.
- Tap Yes on the pop-up menu when you’re asked if you want to delete the workout.
