Still going through your trial?

We believe that we’re offering the most fair way of setting the trial price: you pick one that you’re comfortable with and see if Noom is a good fit.

However, if you believe that your experience was underwhelming or you encountered issues that prevented you from fully experiencing Noom during your trial, please reach out to our support specialists to talk about a refund (see below). 

Are you a subscriber?

We understand that things happen — sometimes life gets busy and maybe you didn’t get to even try Noom before subscription kicked in, or you forgot to cancel in time, or even realized that Noom is not for you a few days late. Not to worry! We want to make sure that we bring real value and we love our customers.

Please connect with our support agents to ask for a refund — you can easily do that either by using Support chat widget at the bottom right corner of the screen, or reach out via our contact form.

Not sure about your charges?

If you’d like to get more information about your plan and charges, you can easily do so in our subscription portal — log in with the same credentials you used to create your account.
No worries if you don’t remember your password — you can easily reset it with this handy dandy password reset link!

Once you log into the subscription portal you should be able see your current plan, and change it if you’d like to. You can find more information about how to learn about your charges here.

Please keep in mind:

Uninstalling the app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you’ll still be charged for your subscription.
