Help! My Steps Are Not Syncing!

Ok, so your steps are not syncing. Let’s try the following:

Open Noom and go to Settings > Apps & Devices > Connect Additional Devices and tap Disconnect beside your fitness tracker.

Next, reconnect your fitness tracker by simply tapping Connect beside its name again.

Tap Allow on any permissions if asked.

Finally, go to Settings > Apps & Devices > Choose Steps Data Source and select your fitness tracker.

The initial sync can take several hours.

Test it and let us know how it works out. If it doesn’t, please contact us with how many steps you see on your fitness tracker’s cloud account (not the app) and how many steps show in Noom.
