At this time, it’s not possible to edit or delete a previously logged exercise. However, you can delete a workout that’s scheduled for a future date/time.
To delete a scheduled workout, please do the following:
- Open Noom and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen
- Tap Settings
- Tap Exercise Tracking
- Tap Workout Schedule
- Tap the day of the workout you want to delete
- Tap the workout
- Tap the trash can icon in the top right corner
