Details regarding your subscription to the Noom Program, including:
- what credit card you used to purchase + options to update your payment method
- the amount you were or may be charged
- what date you were or may be charged

Follow these 2 simple steps:
- Reach out to your coach by tapping on the blue chat bubble in the Noom app.
- Send your coach a message saying you'd like to cancel your subscription.
- Get confirmation that your cancellation request has been received.
Don't have Noom installed?
Install Noom Coach from the App Store (if you are using an iPhone) or the Google Play Store (if you are using an Android device).
Once you've installed Noom Coach, launch the app and sign in using the login method (email/Facebook/Google+) you used to sign up for the program.
Note: You can cancel any time within the trial period without getting charged. After the trial ends, any charges are not-refundable. If you were charged after submitting a cancellation request to your Goal Specialist, rest assured we have record of it and you will receive a full refund ASAP.

If you've signed up, logged in, and are not seeing a blue coach bubble at the top right corner of the app, please reach out to us so we can get you set up ASAP.

Type in the email address you used to create your account. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email to create a new password. Once you do that, you'll be able to log into your account.
