I want to...

Details regarding your subscription to the Noom Program, including:

  • what credit card you used to purchase + options to update your payment method
  • the amount you were or may be charged
  • what date you were or may be charged
and more information can be viewed at account.noom.com.

To cancel please follow these steps — either go to the Settings section of the app and and select “Manage Subscription”, or log into the subscription portal, select “Cancel Subscription” and click through the prompts. Please see detailed instructions here.

When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your coach and your subscription through the end of your current prepaid subscription term.

You can cancel any time. If you would like to get a refund, please take a look at our refund policy.

  1. Don't have Noom installed?

    Install Noom Coach from the App Store (if you are using an iPhone) or the Google Play Store (if you are using an Android device). Once you've installed Noom Coach, launch the app and sign in using the login method (email/Facebook/Google+) you used to sign up for the program.

When you sign up for a Noom trial, you get access to a coach and a daily dose of psychology with our scientifically proven set of tips and tricks. If you've signed up, logged in, and are not seeing a blue coach bubble at the top right corner of the app, please reach out to us so we can get you set up ASAP.

Forgot your password? Not to worry! Please use this handy dandy password reset link.

Type in the email address you used to create your account. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email to create a new password. Once you do that, you'll be able to log into your account.
