Can I restart my account from Day 1?

You can restart your account from Day 1 if you are on an Android device or if you’re on an iOS device and your app looks like the screenshot below: 

If so, then whether you missed a couple days or a couple months, your Goal Specialist will be able to rewind, or fast forward, your curriculum for you and help you get back on track. Simply reach out to your Goal Specialist via the blue chat bubble, let them know which week you’d like to rewind to, and they’ll take care of the rest! Once the rewind is completed, you’ll see a task on your menu welcoming you to the week you requested.

However, if your app looks like the screenshot below, showing only the current day at the top, no Home icon and locks beside articles, then your course cannot be rewound or fast forwarded at this time.

**It’s important to note that your subscription to Noom will expire or renew on the same date that it would have if we didn’t rewind your curriculum. For more information on when your subscription will renew or expire, please reference the e-mail that you received immediately upon signing up titled ‘Your Noom Receipt’. If you signed up via Noom.com, you can also visit account.noom.com and login with your Noom credentials to see when your subscription will expire.
