You must have the Noom app installed to cancel your trial or active Noom subscription.

To cancel your subscription or trial, you will need to send a message to your Goal Specialist. To get in touch with them, please tap on the chat bubble icon in the top right corner of the Noom app home screen:
- Don’t see the blue chat bubble in the right corner of your Noom home screen? Please follow these instructions to make the blue chat bubble visible.
Next, tap on Concierge Eva or your Goal Specialist’s name and let them know you’d like to cancel your trial/subscription:
They’ll send you a link to process your cancellation and make sure you’re all taken care of!
Please do not post your cancellation request in your group! We won’t be able to properly process any cancellation requests posted in the group. And it makes your groupmates sad. 🙁
- 1. Uninstalling the Noom app doesn’t automatically stop your subscription. If you uninstall the Noom app without receiving a confirmation message that your subscription has been cancelled, you will still get charged.
- 2. If you signed up in-app (not through our website), you can manage your subscription yourself through the Apple App or Google Play Stores. If no subscription shows, that means your subscription will need to be canceled through your coach.
